Our Annual observance of the four weeks of Advent begins December 3 and continues for four weeks. If you want to participate in this year's readings a sign up sheet will be available Sunday, November 26.

Once again SCC gathers to spend a half day of Prayer to the Maker. We spread out around the church for 3 hours praying individually and then gather together to share insights on our prayer journey. Join us on Nov 4 beginning at 9:00 AM.
Our youth group is hosting a fund raising dinner before Valentine's Day. This is not a sweetheart or Valentine dinner, but a dinner for everyone around Valentine's Day. All proceeds go to Mexico Youth Mission Trip.
The March Draw Me Close is happening March 8, 2018. This is a great time of food, study, and fellowship. Ladies, don't miss it.
Our monthly men's group gathering is coming the end of the month. We had a great last time. This month we will be reviewing the sermon series we just completed, Kingdom League. Baby Back ribs are on the menu. Plan to be a part of the fun.
We will be having our March Half-Day Prayer gathering on the 24th. Come pray for our church and our mission trip to Haiti, which starts April 2.
The monthly Ladies' Draw Me Close study is scheduled for this week. There is a light supper and a great time of Bible study. Ladies, be sure to be there.
Shelton Christian Church will host a memorial service for our longtime member, Nellie Christian. The service will be on May 20th. We will start at noon following our morning service. The service will be followed by a small meal so we can share memories and stories.
